Background and Challenge: Larkin Community Hospital needed to raise awareness and generate patient inquiries for the new Miami Neuroscience Center at Larkin, a state of the art Gamma Knife program headed by one of the most experienced teams in the field.

BAC Florida Bank USA Website

Navigant Marketing was engaged by BAC Florida Bank, the U.S. subsidiary of a Latin America-based financial institution for the development of a modern bilingual website geared towards its U.S. consumer base. Situational Analysis: The existing BAC needed an updated user interface based on current UI best practices. The existing interface lost consistency as new service lines were added over the years. The site was also not mobile-accessible.   Our Solution: The agency conducted a comprehensive, competitive review and an in-depth evaluation of contemporary best practices for the online bank user experience.   The new BAC Florida website was launched in two languages, on budget, on time and in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.   The site is driven by an open-source content management system that is easy to update, allows for added functionality and does not tie the bank into a restrictive software license. The site is also completely responsive, meaning it automatically displays information in the most optimized format based on the device used by the visitor: PC, tablet or smartphone.

Navigant Marketing | KSR was selected as AOR for Florida’s prepaid college plan. The challenge was to develop fresh, compelling television spots and collateral to advertise the plan during its open enrollment period. The entire campaign was produced in both English and Spanish.

Lesser known than its local competitors but located within the campus of one of the most respected and storied hospitals in the region. Challenge: The agency needed to generate awareness and public interest for the hospital and had to do it in a way that was both cost-effective and creative.

Jackson Memorial Hospital had long been perceived by the local community as the go-to hospital when only the most expert healthcare will do. This validation by U.S. News and World Report presented a golden opportunity to reinforce Jackson’s perception in the marketplace.

Background: During 5 years the agency served as AOR for the Jackson Health System, South Florida’s taxpayer-funded public health system, and one of the largest in the nation. Challenge: Jackson was faced with financial difficulties, strong competition and employee morale issues. However, the system and its flagship hospital, Jackson Memorial, were also regarded as the place to go when only the best healthcare would do.
