Project Description
Our client, a leading global hotel company, wanted to develop its own spa brand to reduce its dependency on spa operator partners and better compete with well-known spa brands that were forming strategic partnerships with other hotel chains.
Our Approach: The name, which was selected by our client, comes from a mystical beautiful aboriginal goddess from ancient times named YHI. After a complete assessment of competing spa brands, and a visit to the first YHI Spa facility under construction, we developed the image for the brand.
High-end menus and sales materials, along with beautiful facilities, solidly positioned YHI Spa as an upscale spa brand. An inspiring brand video was also developed to be played on each resort’s in-roomTV network.
