Project Description

Navigant Marketing was hired to develop a positioning strategy as well as a multimedia marketing campaign for Hacienda Tres Rios, a luxury all inclusive resort in Mexico’s Mayan Riviera.

As an independent resort surrounded by several other all inclusive properties from established brands, Hacienda Tres Rios needed a platform to communicate its key selling points:

  • Luxury: a true luxury property located in an area where all resorts claim to be 5-star
  • Eco-Friendly: designed, built and operated in harmony with its surroundings and featuring several energy and water-saving innovations
  • Outdoor Adventures: nestled inside a nature park, crisscrossed by three rivers and featuring several natural xenotes (swimming holes created by collapsed limestone caves and fed by underground water sources)

The resulting campaign featured a straight to the point tagline encompassing all key selling points as well as a distinct visual approach that highlighted key features while maintaining the visual refinement expected of a luxury resort.
